John made a mistake. He lost his virginity at fourteen and ended up getting the woman pregnant. She died and he kept the child, with the consequence of being cut out of his family. Now he's seventeen with a two year old daughter, working two jobs and attending high school. Even with these stresses, he still kept time to spend with his daughter. He didn't hide the fact he had a child. She was his pride and joy and loved her unconditionally. Alexander was basically the star of the school. Everyone looked at him like a God. He was the star of the lacrosse team, top of his class, and hot. He did get some hate, as he was an put bisexual, but it never seemed to get to him. He was perfect.

After the war we know Laurens dies, but what if he lives? We know Martha and Frances are in south C. But what if they get bored of it. We all Laurens and Hamilton are in love. But can it stay that way?

I am not a professional historian, nor am I a professional author. I am just a student who is interested in the life and times of John Laurens and the American Revolutionary war. This is a book that I am writing for fun, with the hope that I can help some people get a rough idea of the life of this great soldier, and maybe even spark someone's interest in this time period. If you are looking for a detailed biography by a professional, I would recommend 'John Laurens and the American Revolution' by Gregory D. Massey.

After a horrific accident, John Laurens is left in the hospital under critical conditions. Alexander, his husband, spends everyday he can by John's bedside. He stays until visiting hours are over and then he goes home, sleeps, wake ups, goes to work, then the hospital. This routine is hard, especially since they have three children, a sixteen year old, a fourteen year old, and a five year old, at home. This book will focus a lot on the children as well. Lams isn't the only focus but most chapters will have Alexander talking to John. John and Alex have been married for 8 years. Everything was perfect: they lived in a nice home in a nice neighborhood in New York with their two kids, five year old Frances and two year old Phillip. They both have well paying jobs and are comfortable when Alexander gets a call from a well known politician in DC who recently announced his campaign in the recent election who offers him a job to work beside him while running and during office, if elected. The only problem is that Alexander has to move to DC and travels around the country. John only agreed to for Alexander to take the job because he knew this was something he had dreamed about. He thought he could handle the children and the bills and such while Alex was away but he really couldn't. All of these changes really affect the two's relationship, possibly to a breaking point.

So Alex and Eliza were together and while they were together they had two children (Angelica jr and Phillip) Phillip being two years older than Angelica. Eliza and Alex broke up and have split custody so they alternate every fortnight. John and Martha used to be together and had Frances (same age as Phillip) and then John realised he was gay and so him and Martha broke up (on good terms they had a talk) and have split custody so Frances goes between houses every fortnight. John moved into town with Frances and needs to meet new people.

Philips Hamilton's life is pretty great! Apart from the fact that his father and mother divorced when he was relatively young, he hasn't seen his father for a while now because of the custody agreement, he's living with his mother and her new lover and kids, but life gets confusing when Eliza gets a promotion and custody agreements change. She sends him to live with his father, but he's not the same man that Philip knew when he was a child, new faces, challenges, big changes. How will Philip overcome them all?
