Frank was woken by the angry voice of his mom talking on the phone drifting up from downstairs. He could tell she was trying to keep her voice down but was failing. The only thing that ever got her that upset was his Dad. Frank sighed and rubbed his face. It was too early to deal with this shit. If that was his Dad, the eternal disappointment, on the phone as he suspected, and his mum was this upset, then he was about to be in for a fucked up day. Note: I started this to keep me writing when i'm struggling with Against The Sun: A Fabulous Killjoys Story. I always find it helpful with writer's block to switch between projects. Don't expect this to be updated regularly as Against the Sun is still my priority project. This will just get worked on here and then and updated when i have enough to update with :)
