These are notes I have collected and written to myself at times I needed a lift or to vent so I hope something I write can help other people either understand what I have to deal with or feel like they aren't alone when it comes to mental health problems

looking at yourself and accepting yourself can be one of the hardest battles you grow up to fight

Olive, who everybody calls Ollie is battling with generational trauma and abuse. Wanting to escape her reality and find a better one. She gets drunk every night in search for answers she knows she won't find sober. When too many thoughts swirl her mind. Maybe finding a friend is what she needs. Maybe even love. Only time will tell.

Even though it hurts, here I am. A collection of words to work through it all.

This novel is inspired by a true story. I hope that this novel changes your perspectives on life and you hopefully will start to see what a miracle life is. Life can be beautiful, if you make it beautiful. Life can be full of love, if you accept the love you are given. This is a book based on conquering your fears, opening yourself up to new things, and living life to its full extent. Blair, was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia the summer before high school, she's determined to fulfill everything on her bucket list before she surrenders to leukemia. But when she falls in love will it ruin all her plans? Max, a nerd with a messed up past. Meets a girl that changes his outlook on life and is devoted to helping this girl fulfill all her wishes. Will his love for her change everything?

Trying to escape the terrors of the 1800's obligations for a young lady. "I'm not crazy! I swear! I told you I was framed! Why won't you believe me?!" The two men in white clothing grab him by his arms, pushing him on the ground. His screams could be heard from a block away, neighbors coming out of their homes to see what was happening. His mom stands by the door in her bright yellow dress, tears streaming down her face, a small smile starting to form. He always thought she was the one who deserves to go to the asylum..he never thought he would be the one too. "It's for your own good," she said,"you belong there." She would repeat that to him to try and make him feel better, of course that didn't work. The men 'shh'ed the boy and cuffed his hands behind his back, dragging him to the car. His mom waves..he cries. More and more people gather around, a police officer trying to dissolve the crowd. No one leaves. No one could believe that a boy like him could get in trouble. That the neighborhood goody-two-shoes, could do such a thing. The men shove him in the car and start driving. No one said a word...all you could see was his faint outline. But he was only focused on one person in the crowd. ---------- Now I am not any "asylum" enthusiast nor I've never been in one and I know I will get some things wrong. But if you've been in one and know everything about it go right ahead and tell me how I'm wrong. This is a warning. I probably will fix it I probably won't. Enjoy -✨
