Fleeing danger in Bangkok, Bua and Phin escape to Pong Yaeng in the Chiang Mai mountains, where Phin's family runs a small resort. Amid misty hills and a close-knit community, Bua dreams of a fresh start while Phin confronts the family she left behind. But as their love and new life begin to take root, the shadows of what they left in Bangkok threaten to catch up with them. (This series is a direct continuation of my one-shot : Breath and Bruises.
