Set in the popular Mass Effect universe, this story details the teenage life of a female Commander Shepard, her upbringing in the urban jungles of Earth and her everyday struggles with friends, school and the 10th Street Reds criminal gang. She seems to have a hang of things, until she suddenly finds herself targeted by one of the biggest mercenary companies in the galaxy: the ruthless Blue Suns.

" Larry, what are you doing?" Tristan stood, careful not to fall off the edge. "What's it look like? That is a military supply drop." He stood on the edge as well, gauging his drop. The night was rolling in along with the cold wind biting their cheeks. It was going to be dangerous. Larry glance at Tristan with concern. "I won't ask you to come with me brother. Good Night, and Good Luck." Stepping off the edge, he dissappeared to the darkness below. "Goddamn it." And with a huff, Tristan followed his brother. Into the hell of the night. As the story begins mayoral elections are near and a new candidate, Robert Pope, is challenging the incumbent Mayor Callaghan on a platform of deregulation. Faith, after completing a delivery to fellow Runner Celeste, learns that her sister Kate may be in trouble at Pope's office. When she arrives, she finds Kate standing beside Pope's body, insisting she has been framed for murder and requesting Faith to discover the cause. The brown haired one sighs in frustration. "I just wish sometimes that life was more fair..." The Blondish haired person gestures for her to continue. "Everyone puts specific quirks up on a pedestal that you couldn't reach with ten stepladders, and anything that doesn't quite fit that description is forgotten and left behind. I guess I'm just sick of it... What can I do, I guess..." She mutters, upset. She finishes off the end of the rant angrily, and the tall one sighs sadly. "Nothing we can do about it, squirt. Best we can do is move forward. Leave the hero work to the special ones, ok? The group talks outside the gate for a few more minutes, and starts picking up their things that they set down so they could watch the students' commute, and set out on their own way. After all, not everybody can be some huge protagonist in an epic adventure. The brown haired girl laughs at something the dark pink haired girl says, and replies with a witty comment of her own, sending the entire group into a fit of giggles. A young girl has been practicing parkour and free running since she was younger. Why? Because it was the thing that interested her the most. Come along with her as she tells the story of how and why she became interested in it. She talks about her days of training, the good and all of the bad that comes with doing this dangerous, yet wonderful sport. She also meets friends along the way with the same passion as her.

This is a story I started writing a while back and thinking about continuing it. Please comment if you like it as it will encourage me to write it faster.
