According to rumors when the time is right, a "red string will appear on a person's ring finger, it connects two people who are fated to be together. The "red string" is only visible for those who are connected by it, no matter how hard people struggled they cannot see it unless it meant was for them. Some people believe that it's God's guidance to prevent broken hearts, an assurance for those who are afraid of being hurt. Others are sceptical about the phenomena, it's just an imaginary pillar for those who believe in Destiny.

Within each day exists infinite possibilities. What we remember as a bland, uneventful day could have been something else entirely if our actions experienced the slightest deviation. If we aren't carefully thinking about each and every thing that we do, and each and every thing that we neglect to do, then we may find ourselves in a deep hold, not realizing we're in it until we hit the bottom.

Every year in the Meadows, the entire village vacates for three days. The only person left inside is chained to a very old, iron spike. No one is allowed in or out under penalty of death. Who is to blame? Was it by nature or was it by choice? All in good time. For now, keep this in mind: Life is beautiful. But it can also be fragile. Choose wisely...
