She was raised in a religious household with no tolerance for sin or vanity. When her abusive parents catch her sneaking out to a party, Elizabeth's fate is already sealed. Forced to enroll at Cross Academy, a secluded community of Catholics and brainwashed prisoners run by a psychotic Pastor, Elizabeth soon realises that the Academy isn't an Academy at all--but a cult. As she fights to be unshackled from the cult's mind-controlling ways, Elizabeth finds herself caught between exposing a terrifying conspiracy that sees member after member disappearing from the cult forever or saving the people she cares about from a worse fate that is always around the corner. In a society where every person is born with a mark said to reveal who they are meant to become, Iris has learned how to live carefully. The mark is treated as certainty - proof that a life already has a direction - and questioning it is considered pointless at best, dangerous at worst. Iris has never felt the assurance others seem to find in theirs. Instead, she moves through her days quietly, aware of expectations pressing in from every side: family history, social rules, futures decided far too early. When events begin to unsettle the systems she was taught not to doubt, Iris is forced to consider a question she has spent her life avoiding - whether the mark defines her, or whether it has only limited her. Told through small moments, restrained relationships, and choices that rarely announce themselves, [The Mark we Carry] is a story about identity, inheritance, and the quiet resistance of choosing for oneself - even when the world insists your life was already written.

Within each day exists infinite possibilities. What we remember as a bland, uneventful day could have been something else entirely if our actions experienced the slightest deviation. If we aren't carefully thinking about each and every thing that we do, and each and every thing that we neglect to do, then we may find ourselves in a deep hold, not realizing we're in it until we hit the bottom.

Multiverse, Gods, Reincarnation, Magic, and (best of all) free-will. If you're intrigued, dive on in. --- This story is my dream come true. It has 2 versions of it. This fanfiction one, which will include multiple fandoms and may more plot points. And my Original version, which is it's own story. I decided to write the fanfiction one first. --- This is a tale so complicated, the creator of it has almost given up making it make sense. But no, he can't back away. After 3 drafts, 17 story revisions, 32 character removals and additions, and even an internal argument of whether or not to ignore time dilation and physics as a whole, he has made a decision. Writing it in fanfiction view will make sense. Adding fandoms and making the story less streamlined gives an edge. And now, he just needed one thing. How to describe it? Well, he couldn't. So he's gonna mash a bunch of words to describe and ask a fan to help once he gets far enough.

It's strange to think there was once a past where humans didn't have androids, they are everywhere now. Humanity is far more advanced than what you and I think: androids have human faces but aren't alive they are simple machines. Right? (For reference, yes this idea for the book came to me from the Detroit:Become Human game so there will be some similar stuff for those who played it) (This is an old story, don't expect too see my current writing skills in them lol) -------------------------------------- I HAVE NO MONEY!!! Stop offering me to draw me comics of my stories, I cannot pay you, you know who you are... If you do, I WILL block you.

He will be a recurring character in other media created by the author, but is not "under control" of the author. He is given agency and has all of the same power and control that the "author" would have. The story will follow his creation, conversation with the author, and the following coming to terms with the fact that even though he has the power and control of the author. He ultimately knows that as the author they have true control and any thoughts feelings and actions are all predetermined for him.
