It was June 7th or other known as the last day of school for Lowell Middle. Brooklyn Emerson, who was a typical 6th grader who has been waiting for this day to come since school began. When Brooklyn arrives into kitchen with her messy hair and tired eyes she sees her mother making Eggs and Bacon with French toast just for her. Brooklyn stands there not knowing what to do. "Hey sweetie i just thought i would make something special since its the last day of school" said Brooklyn's mother "Thanks mom you're the best!" "thank you sweetie but you may want to eat right now or you'll be late to school" Brooklyn takes her plate to the kitchen table and she sees that her older sister Lauren eating a Waffle that she made herself. "Stop! i know it isn't the best Waffle i made Brooklyn but at least I tried!" Brooklyn replies, "Excuse me? i wasn't judging you Lauren!" "Girls stop arguing and eat" "Okay mom" says Lauren and Brooklyn.
