Four years after his brother's icy death, Ernest Frankenstein finds himself the lone survivor of his family and a refugee after revolutionaries force him to flee Geneva. Left with only Victor's cursed legacy, an unexpected run-in with Joseph Curwen, one of Victor's university friends, seems a Godsend to Ernest-especially when the necromancer claims he too has the ability to raise the dead with his own methods of salt and sorcery. Will Ernest's want for companionship trump his better judgement of meddling with Lovecraftian forces beyond man's understanding? And does Curwen have ulterior motives for wanting to bring Victor back?

Guinevere Thénardier was a young girl in the French Revolution. She wasn't alone, she had her brother Gavroche, and her sister Éponine, who she couldn't talk to much but was always there. Her parents didn't throw her out like they did her brother, she ran away. She tried to stay clear of them, but every time they see her they're so close to getting her. But when the French Revolution actually takes off, what will she do? Will her friends stay by her side or will they perish like so many had? All rights go to the creators of les miserables except for my characters and plots.

Paris, 1793. As the guillotine's shadow lengthens over the city of light, aristocrat Elise Beaumont finds herself trapped in a dangerous game of survival. The Beaumont name, once a symbol of nobility and grace, has become a death sentence during the Reign of Terror. Escaping into Paris, one wrong move could spell disaster for her and what remains of her once-illustrious family. Jean-Luc Moreau has known nothing but poverty and hardship. Now a passionate revolutionary fighting for liberty and justice, he believes the nobles must pay for generations of oppression. But when he encounters the enigmatic Elise during a midnight raid, he finds his convictions challenged by her courage and compassion. As violence engulfs Paris and suspicions run deep, Elise and Jean-Luc find themselves drawn into a dangerous dance of secrets and desire. She sees beyond his rough exterior to the wounded soul beneath; he discovers that everything he thought he knew about the nobility might not apply to this remarkable woman. But with every passing day bringing new dangers, they must choose between loyalty to their causes and a love that could cost them everything. In this sixth installment of the Legacy of Love Series, the descendants of Lucien and Isolde Beaumont face their greatest challenge yet, where love must find its way through the shadows of revolution.

'[V]iolence only brings more violence. It does not change someone's heart. It only stops it from beating.' During times of war, there can be nothing but hate in the hearts of those fighting. But every now and then, you will find someone, an enemy perhaps, who will show you that war isn't all about fighting. Maybe it's about change. And change means giving the enemy a chance. (even if she can't tell that wearing silk during a revolution against the rich is a stupid idea). Inspired by Charles Dickens' "A Tale of Two Cities."

I might have been a young heiress, sought after by many suitors, had an immeasurable wealth, but all those days are now behind me. My life now is certainly not luxury. Instead of glittering parties and fine garments, there are filthy rags and the stench of the dead and dying. Instead of gourmet food displayed for all there's barely any food for all. The world I live in now is far worse than the one I left. The world I live in now is not that of the aristocrats and their pompous ways, but that of the proletariat. Why would I Aurore Chevalier, born into the ranks of the aristocracy be living the life of a lowly peasant? The answer's not as simple as one thinks, however the truth is, I myself am still unsure of the reason. There are bits and pieces of memories that I've put together, over time they've returned to me, yet so many parts have been left out. With my memory shattered it's all I can do to survive on my own.
