Tampan , gagah , kecerdasan yang mengagumkan , dan kekayaan turun temurun yang melimpah dari keluarga Purnomo yang tidak dapat diperhitungkan pada keturunan ke berapa akan habis . Hidupnya yang serba perfeksionis harus terganggu dengan hadirnya seorang wanita pecicilan yang bekerja di rumah sakit pusat milik keluarga nya yang mana juga merupakan tempat dia bekerja . Gadis itu bernama Afeeysya Alia ray . Gadis fresh graduate lulusan keperawatan diploma negri yang sangat pecicilan .
