The place that'll get you thinking about college and what you want to do for the rest of your life. Being a Freshman is an amazing thing. It can open a new world that you've never been in before. It's the first year of high school. Follow the adventures of a nerdy girl who dreams of being one with the cool, popular kids. I'll be solving the complex equation of high school's social system with real life journals and updates throughout the entire school year. Not to mention the extra obstacles I have to deal with, including family, overwhelming sports, awkward friends, and an extremely competitive school. This story is based on my life, my insecurities and real people in my life (all the names are fake) this was written for a school assignment in my 8th grade ELA class Alexis "Lexi" Margs is a 14 year old girl starting her freshman year. Lexi had been insecure all her life and is longing to find her place in the crowd. This book shows her journey through falling into bad crowds, feeling sad, and alone to find her place atLake Shore Highschool.
