"Not hungry?" I glared up at him and his face dropped. "Okay I'm sorry please don't hurt me love you." He blurted out. I held back a smirk and played with my food. Still to this day Jonny Goodman was terrified of me.

Every Friday night The Goodman's meet up and have a nice pleasant family dinner. Although sometimes shenanigans do tend to happen. Dads never wearing a shirt because it's bloody boiling apparently; Adam and Jonny constantly play around and Mum deals with it all plus Jim the neighbour ducking by every week. In this story Aunty Val visits a lot more often with her daughter Vivian. Also known as Viv to the boys, the kids are practically joined at the hip because they've known each other ever since they were born.

The Goodman family is dreading Nellie's wedding, but are comforted when they find out that Mr Morris's family is dreading it just as much... Jonny decides to befriend Mr Morris's granddaughter and his soon to be cousin, Lindsay, even though he's still in denial about the whole thing.

There is no such thing as a normal dinner in the Goodman household. Martin always has his shirt off because it's "bloody boiling." Brothers Adam and Jonny like to annoy eachother. Neighbour Jim likes to visit a lot and always seems to be getting up to something a little less than normal. Meanwhile Jackie is just trying to keep her strange family under control. So when one of the boys find a girlfriend you can probably understand why he doesn't want her to need his family. Disclaimer- I do not own any of these character apart from Charlotte (lottie) Also this story won't be based of any particular episodes but it will include lines and part of the plot from some of them.

Saturday mornings were never special, until Lizzie starts dating Jonny Goodman and goes to Friday Night Dinner. Saturday mornings which were once for hangovers and the walk of shame, have now become lounging in bed with the love of her life and turning her phone on silent so his family doesn't update her on the consequences of going over for some Crimble crumble. Three years prior to this story, Victoria 'Tori' Bell moves in with her strange and unusual uncle Jim, in order to be closer to her Job. Tori soon met the Goodman's, the nice Jewish family that live a few doors down from her and her uncle, that are quite often visited by Jim, for some weird reason of another. Johnny quickly fell for the girl, she was not what would be expected from Jim's family, but Tori was, in some sense of the word, normal.
