This story is based off of actual conversations my friends and I have in our group chat. It all started with a simple crush. Maybe this all would have been avoided if said crush wasn't sitting at the same table as me and all the friends I wanted to talk to about him. My head throbbed as i struggled to remain focused and calm. A strong feeling of dread tugged at the back of my brain, trying hard to push through my clumsily built wall of calmness.... The awful smell of decaying flesh hit me once again. A huge gash crossed my friends forehead, all the way to his chin. The only thing joining his head to his body, was merely his raw windpipe.... His chest was slashed multiply, and the rest of his limbs twisted to unexplainable angles.... Who could possibly commit such a murder????

Krystal does not believe in superstition, nor does she believe in anything spiritual. It is Friday the 13th and her boyfriend Tom thinks it would be funny if she gets her fortune read at an at home fortuneteller. The Gypsy reading Krystal's future predicts unfortunate, blood inducing events install for Krystal. Despite the Gypsy's cries, Krystal doesn't budge. Does Krystal end up believing in superstition? Or is it too late for her?
