This is the first fanfic I've written. So far it's more like word vomit/sentence salad as I draft it out. If you find enjoyment in it, let me know. It makes me nervous to write stuff like this. Also forgive me if I go off the canon to the MCU or have details not true or ambiguous about Asgard. Marvel's Loki x Inserted Character. Inserted Character is a young Asgardian woman who is of commoner status. She lives her life as a simple citizen of Asgard, going to school to learn the basics such as mild combat, history, mild sorcery, and a few other arts. One day, she makes a decision that manages to get her caught up with the royal family in ways she couldn't have possibly imagined. Not that she's entirely opposed to it of course.

You and eleven other women have been chosen to be suitors of the prince Loki. Unfortunately, you have no interest in being involved what so ever. But when a servant with the most alluring green eyes quite literally bumps into you while you read your book, you find a friend in the least likely place. (And of course, that servant is the god of mischief himself)

Princess (Y/N) of Asgard has lived the whole 2,681 years of her life as the ward of All-father Odin and All-mother Frigga. 2,681 year-old Prince Legolas of has felt like something has been missing from his life. ElvenKing Thranduil is still haunted by the deaths of his wife and Legolas' twin sister, fully aware that they have left his son searching for something he doesn't remember. (Y/N), although surrounded by Thor and Loki, feels lonely despite the constant companionship of the young princes. (Set before Thor) When Legolas accompanies his father to Asgard during a treaty agreement, he meets (Y/N) and the feeling of longing disappears from both of them. Twin shenanigans ensue and grief is lifted in this Crossover AU story.
