Frightning Stories

The lights flicker, the streets fill with disturbing figures and the line between reality and fantasy seems to blur. It's Halloween, the night when nightmares come to life, where even the harmless can transform into something frightening. But what happens when an innocent prank like a macabre decoration turns out to be a horror far more real? In this story, three brothers (Felix, Sully and Milo) together with their two sisters (Maya and Ava), find themselves in a living nightmare with a group of friends, acquaintances, strangers and even pets, trapped in the garden of their house, forced to face terrifying, bloodthirsty creatures to survive the night that soon becomes far more terrifying than it should be. BACKSTORY: The idea for this story came to my sisters. They convinced me to write it so they could read it before going to sleep. I spent a couple of months thinking about a plot, characters (some based on real people and some fictional) and a sequel coming soon. Let me know in the comments what you think about this story!

You know I love short stories. In fact, I collect them, like someone would seashells or stamps. I keep the ones I especially like so I can read them back later-at the moment I have about eight binders full of photocopies. Some are stories I read in college; a few are stories from my peers in workshops that really impressed me; most are stories from anthologies and literary journals and short-story collections that I've read over the years and that I didn't want to forget. Thinking about Adam's question, I pulled out a few of the binders last night to see if I coul We promise you that this story is going to be juicy. This snide introduction to the main character conveys a promise of a continuous feed of schadenfreude.

Horror

A girl got into a new school. In that school there was a students who bullied her. They made her their maid under pressure. Expect a day, she cried and provoked them because she got tired. They got provoked and decided to make a plan that bothers and hurts her. They got her to a cramped room, and she lived seven days that are very dangerous and frightening. Every single night, something scary happen. Then, when the black woman came and threatened her, the red man helped her and got her out from that moldy room. Then, she felt in freedom and learned somethings from that situation.

How far will you go by taking orders from an unknown entity if it starts benefiting you? Sometimes, otherworldly beings find interesting ways to try and contact you. They might use a Ouija Board, or maybe come to you in a dream, or sometimes they speak through another person. They each have their own style and preference that's particular to them. The one who contacted Jack spoke to him through his computer, or, I guess you could say the communication was through onscreen text. The first time it happened, Jack had been sitting at his computer playing Solitaire. A blinking red light from the router indicated that his internet connection was down again. This was at least a weekly occurrence, and Jack was getting used to this spotty internet service. As he moved his cards, the game faded into a solid black screen and the red text appeared. "Hi Jack, I need a favor from you. You're a very special person and I know you'll help me. I can't ask this of just anyone. I really need your help."
