It was confirmed that Hilda had a crush on Friday in season two, so now I'm just doing something with it :) this takes place right after season three.

In this story I plan to explore what would happen if the mother to all trolls sat up in 'Hilda and the mountain king'. Will hilda lose her friends? would there be war with the trolls? Read to find out.

[HILDA AND HER FRIENDS ARE 14 AT THIS TIME.] After the familiar and witch incident, Hilda couldn't shake off a new feeling. She knew liking your best friend was common but..For a girl? All she wanted was Frida to hug her, hold her hand, maybe even have one of those dramatic saving scenes where Hilda would get a kiss in the end- "What's up with you?" Hilda blurted out, flipping the pages frantically. Johanna paused, "I suppose it is. Why?" She continued drying off the cup.
