||~|| This is a fanfiction based on Erin Hunter's Warrior Cats series, where I've changed the names of the four clans - soon to be five ;) ||~|| Change is coming to the land. The four clans - Dawnclan, Stormclan, Fireclan and Frostclan have felt it coming. The four clans gathered at Fourtrees, the meeting place where the four clans can gather on peaceful terms, only to find a fifth tree sprouting. A sapling, with pale wood and dark green leaves, closer to ebony than anything else. In a forest rumoured to be filled with the skeletons of rogues, prey and countless of victimized clan cats, is the camp of Whisperclan. This clan has remained unknown to the original four clans for many moons now. There is one cat in that clan that holds the key to an otherwise unobtainable peace between the five clans. Her name is Silentsong. Silentsong is a selectively mute calico she-cat, who spends her time helping the medicine cat, or providing exciting new objects for the kits. When she is tasked by her clan leader to travel far from home and into the territories of the other clans to seek weakness, she is far from pleased. With her stubborn refusal to communicate, and the cautious clan cats she'll come to meet, it doesn't seem possible to return to her beloved clan in one piece. But she comes to learn that not all of these cats are merciless killers, and soon even begins to think of them as her friends. When she is told by a medicine cat of her prophecy, she must accept her role in the great scheme of life and prepare herself to face the most difficult dilemma to be thrown her way. Will she be able to stop the war she can feel is coming, or will the five clans be obliterated...

Alongside SeaClan, MossClan, FrostClan, ThornClan and SunClan, life was shown to almost always be as perfect as it could get for her as she defended her Clan with honor and courage, as it had been all she knew what to do. When SunClan is suddenly tossed into a war with MossClan, SeaClan and FrostClan take SunClan's side and ThornClan takes MossClan's. That leaves MoonClan to decide what to do, and to either decide to join the war and take a side or become the meditators that end this. It may sound simple .. but when Foxstep is chosen as the new council member once one dies, the fate of her Clan is now set in her paws as well. Now, there's a war in her head .. and in the Clans itself, both of which she must solve.
