A poem about the beauty of winter and the icy cold frozen lake.

A chaotic story of unfortunate events leading two past lovers back towards each other. A seemingly small mistake of saving a pregnant woman. A man that finally wants freedom but ends up killing one of his enemies. A person she never wanted to see again in her endless life. and this domino reaction of events all started on the day he died....

It's Artemis' first winter season. She had never seen the world during winter, many new experiences occur. Some go well, some go bad. One of the new experiences is meeting a frozen lake, for teh first time. Enjoy! And comments are highly appreciated! :3 I would love to know what you think of it!

A short story

this is the story of a young girl and her mother's old skates. ( this is a quick story I whipped up I like challenging my self so my friends found a picture {in this case the dog looking over a frozen lake} and I have to write at least 500 words in this case I wrote about 700 hehe)

There's an old man sitting in a rickety wooden chair, fishing through a hole in the ice on a frozen lake. A loud cracking sound reverberates across the lake's surface, and he feels the ice shift beneath him. He scurries, but the hole expands too quickly, and he goes into the icy water. What happens next?

Every winter, he returned to the same frozen lake - camera in hand, heart full of hope. Not for the photographs. But for her. The girl in crimson-pink, who danced on ice like a miracle born from nature itself. He never spoke to her. Never searched for her. Yet carried her within him for sixty years. Because some loves are not meant to be held - they are meant to be felt. Forever.
