Sasa couldn't understand why Rainiel Monteverde despised her so deeply. Bakit hindi na lang ito maging katulad ng mga magulang nito, lalo na ni Tito Reeve na napakabuti sa kanya? Tito Reeve sent her to school, dressed her in elegance, etc. He treated her like his own daughter. For that, Sasa was very grateful to the Monteverdes-enough to overlook Rainiel's cold indifference.
