The celestial bodies that filled the night skies were gods to them. But no longer. Space still fascinates many, as well it should, but much of the mystery is gone. Every day, science unravels another mystery, just as it did when we discovered interstellar travel. Now, humans can set foot on all manner of distant places with little effort. Much of the excitement is gone, at least for us. Not to say that space travel is perfect. In fact, that is how I ended up here. When I get my hands on that mechanic... Well, I digress. Just a short little original story I wrote in my spare time. Not much of a plot or backstory, just a fun little thing I felt like doing. Basically, I wrote a story with the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse as the basis, and just went from there. I might continue it, or write some backstory, or maybe even touch it up at a later date. For now, though, I just wanted to get it out there. Right, also, if you can figure out who I based the Riders on, other than Famine, you get an internet cookie.+4 more- Reads 3
