Why Can't I Change is about a girl who is discovering her sexuality and she doesn't know what to do because her parents are extremely religious and she can't change for reasons you can read in the book, She struggles with suicidal thoughts and other things. I walk up to my friends and family at the gathering. They were all confused at why I called for them all of a sudden. That's when I told them about how I'm part of the LGBTQ+ community. They were all suprised, some had disgusted looks, some had emotionless looks, and some had excited looks. I guess family and friends can be accepting, but not every single one of them. Though, I don't care, I am who I am and nobody can tell me otherwise!
