I know the stress of the MacDougals could make anyone crack, but McCool is taking his "community outreach" duties way too seriously. Thanks to my meddling best friend, Cookie, I'm getting dragged directly into his operational perimeter. I just haven't figured out why his official job description includes awkwardly checking on my welfare. This is my life: surviving the MacDougals and trying to decipher the baffling, over-the-top operational enthusiasm of a Mountie who just might be falling in love.
