It's been 25 years since the Final War and the defeat of Shigaraki and All For One as Deku and the rest of Class 1-A have all grown up to become pro heroes and also live their lives with the next generation already dawned upon them. In a superhuman society, now with about 95% of the population possessing a quirk, superpowers have become more common, powerful, and dangerous than ever before... further proving the Quirk Singularity Doomsday Theory to be more than just a theory. With this, a new villain organization is on the rise to try to speed up the process and create a society where only the truly powerful should survive.

Mika Hime's father wanted her for one reason and one reason only, power. The minute she developed her quirk he started her training. He worked with another guy who had a kid a few years older than her so they often trained them together. Eventually her father and the man had an argument, that night she watched her father die. The man wanted to keep training Mika as a "backup" plan. At 6 years old Mika planned out her escape, and she succeeded. She was then found by her adoptive father who raised and trained her to be a hero.
