Júlia sempre viveu presa em uma guerra dentro de casa. Filha de pais separados, ela enfrenta constantes brigas com o pai, um homem controlador que não aceita perder a filha. Cansada de tanta pressão, ela toma uma decisão impulsiva: fugir para o Complexo da Maré, no Rio de Janeiro, onde sua mãe mora. Na cabeça de Júlia, o morro seria um lugar de liberdade, festas, bailes de funk, amizades e uma nova chance de viver. Mas a realidade bate forte. Once upon a time there were two trolls; Y/N and Poppy. They are sisters.
