Gazing up at the sky, she tried to count the clouds, but they just spread out above her like a wool blanket soaked in hard water. Counting the bits of sky peeking out was her main source of entertainment. A single raindrop landed on the lenses of her large framed glasses. "Lovely", Kaiden thought to herself.
