# Still Beginning Four couples. One circle of friends. And enough chaos to make everyone question who thought this was a good idea. They laughed together, fought over the stupidest things, and somehow became each other's safest place. Then life starts changing. Friendships become something more. Teasing starts meaning something. Old feelings resurface, new ones appear, and suddenly the line between *just friends* and *maybe something more* isn't so easy to see. There are stolen glances, ridiculous arguments, late-night conversations, inside jokes, family gatherings, unexpected confessions, and four love stories unfolding in completely different ways. Some are slow. Some are obvious. Some are a complete disaster. And some take everyone by surprise. But beneath all the laughter, there are choices to make, fears to face, and feelings that can't stay hidden forever. Because maybe love doesn't always arrive with a grand beginning. Long ago during The War on Heaven the battle between the old gods and new gods raged on. Each side created new races to fight the other side. The old gods made Elves, Tubians, Angels and The Qixals. While the new gods created Demons, Disease , Orks and Dragons. Some monsters made during the war can still be found today. Moons after the strong warrior, Marigoldheart, has disappeared, her brother, Applemask, discovers she has died when she visits him in his dreams the night of the anniversary of her disappearance six moons ago. He struggles with this information, unsure what to do with it. He tells their living sister, Jadesong, and she becomes stressed as well. She had just announced that she was expecting kittens when Marigoldheart had gone missing. Grief-stricken, she lashes out at her mate and the father of her kits, Smallstep. He leaves her, and she blames herself. Applemask promises to be there for his littermate and her kits, but when Marigoldheart's secret children appear out of nowhere, what will Applemask do?- Reads 308
