Long ago at 3,000 B.C. A mysterious traveler appeared. She claimed that was from a different world, a world with mysterious creatures called Pokemon. Now 5,000 years later that traveler and her Furfrou are traveling. Searching for their forgotten friend and with the help of the Millennium Bracelet they are close to finding him and reincarnations of their past comrades who no longer remember them.

Strange things are happening in Brass City as a virus has broken out and is turning people into anthropomorphic Pokemon. It all starts with a teenager now named Wendy Pines, who has become a Joltik.
