(A/N: This story contains spoilers from the manga. I've also made slight changes to the story line.) 15 year old Kotori Sohma has been locked up most of her life. She was cursed by the rooster, after Kureno had been set free when he was a teenager. In order for Kotori to have some semblance of a normal life, she has to sacrifice what means the most to her.

And she smiles, because no one belongs alone.

Fruits Basket x Brothers Conflict crossover (I've always kinda wondered what would happen if Tohru was present in brocon world.) After Honda Tohru's mother's death, Tohru now has no where to go as her grandpa's house is renovating. Without money to buy a tent, she plans to stay on the street until the house is done. However, upon that time, she met a woman with elegance.

We all know that Tohru Honda was born as an only child but what happens if she was never born as one, and instead had a twin sister that had always been by her side. Would everything in the world be the same, or would the two young girls' life with the Sohma family be completely different? Follow both Hikairi and Tohru honda into the world of the Sohma's. This is a fanfic about Kyo Sohma and the reader. There will be no Tohru; the reader is her replacement.

Even though the cat has been neglected for as long as time can tell, there has been one symbol that had been even further neglected. Tohru and Kyo, are at a sushi shop one Saturday morning, picking up some Onigiri for a trip to the Sohma family summer home trip. After a misforunate event, Shigure and the other Sohmas are supposed to stay. Oddly, Tohru and Kyo can't go back to Shigure's house, because of their wishes, and for personal reasons. Two cutesy lovers, going on a vacation trip alone...? Nothing weird or lustful could happen... right?

Was it some insane miracle or, was it even more of some deep, cruel, twisted fate of the zodiac? Normally. Two individuals would never fall cursed with the same zodiac spirit. Meet Maki Sohma; under some unknown type of fate, she was also born under the sign of the rabbit, the same as another Sohma named Momiji. Naturally, this was unheard of, and other members thought Maki shouldn't exist since they already had a child cursed with the rabbit. So it was decided Maki and her parents would be forced out of the Sohma family, punishing them for their daughter. Spatting out that their child was nothing but a fraud. And she was only a mirror copy to the real rabbit? Though what will happen when years later, the gods of fate allow Maki to cross paths with those with whom she shares a deep bond, along with finding the truth about the secrets her parents hid from her.
