This is the story of the Cry of a twelve (12) year Nigerian Dyslexic, who went into depression as a result of family pressure, peer pressure and school pressure. He told me I was special. He told me that I was powerful. He told me I was dangerous. And that I was in danger. He told me I wasn't human. He told me I had hidden wings. And the enemy gets closer everyday. Only problem? I'm not sure if it'll be ready when they arrive. I, Crystal Grey, am a demon hunter. Angel blood runs through my veins... or so I was told. And though I am currently being trained by the most powerful angel on earth, Nicholas is getting quite frustrated with my lack of speed, agility, power, and grace. I was clumsy, sloppy and overall weak. I mine-as-well sill be human. But he swore differently. He was so sure I was an angel, he hoped so at least. Me? I secretly prayed every day that that wasn't the case. I didn't ask to find out my parents weren't my real ones. I didn't ask to be dragged to a glass mansion full of angels. I didn't ask Nicholas to train me to become a demon hunter. But that's exactly what's happening. And even with all my sarcasm, complaints and sass, I know for a fact there's nothing I can do to change it. So me and Nick pray and pray and hope for the best to come out of this.
