My name is Scott Evans and I first began writing the Time Diary in 2001. The ambition was there but the skills were not. Fast forward to 2016 and by that point Im working in animation and script writing is a big part of my job. I take the idea I had 15 years earlier and turn it into a script for an animation. Fast forward again to 2022 and I get a new job that gives me every Friday off, and it is during this period I decide to convert my script to a novel. Whilst I kept most of the lines from the script, eventually I pretty much rewrite everything from scratch.
