How was she supposed to take her twin brother, Gohan, dying at their hands as well? It was up to her and her pupil, Trunks, to travel into the past and find a way to end their Android issue for good. They learn many things to help their own world, but will they ever get the chance to use that knowledge to their advantage? And what would come of it? Warning, this fan fic includes dark themes and character death, as well as harsh language. Disclaimer, I do not own Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball GT, or Dragon Ball Super.

The title is fairly self evident. But for context The Future timeline is played relatively straight until Gohan's last stand against the androids. There, Gohan still loses, but is actually in a coma until Trunks is ready to go back in time. So Trunks still goes Super Saiyan, still loses to the androids, all that jazz. I'm VERY much open to suggestion since I'm not too experienced with the WHAT IF department. Lemme know what you think!
