Seventeen - year old Adrian Fury lives one day at a time ; she lives in a small, cramped apartment, holds two jobs to her name, and still manages to keep her secrets hidden away from the one and only reason she hasn't given up on life : her baby sister, Sammy. To further complicate her life, she decides to join in the city Underground Fighting Club, The Circuit, to bring in some extra cash. And where she meets some people who just can't take the hint to leave her the hell alone. Adrian is just about ready to plead mercy, when her past decides to come back and haunt her. Is Adrian Fury going to cower in fear, lower her hands, and let her demons run her life, once again ? Or will she stand up, raise her fists of fury, and fight ?
