(Marie is currently a placeholder until I finish the actual cover) When the Inkopolis Square duo known as "Static Shock" come across an odd dilemma that seems to do with a portal that spawned out of nowhere, the two take it upon them to go in and try to fix the alternate universe to prevent future doom But that's weird... they seem to be a lot worse than the two had expected

So Earth. Um it's kinda gone to shit. What I mean is that technology developed and evolved. But per usual human experiments and science in general caused by hubris made the entire world sort of devolve to a post-apocalyptic state. But lucky for the world it wasn't completely destroyed and radiation from the Earth's devolution gave 5 individuals not only super-human powers and abilities but made them immortal. But hey I'll leave the story to tell you the rest.

40 years ago the world was changed forever because of the discovery of Starsite. A special mineral that can create clean energy for the whole world. Though with the discovery of Starsite there was also a disturbance in the universe. This disturbance created a whole new type of human being. The Scions. The new protectors of the world.

Irelyn Maeflora is sent from the main land to the island of chugai to discover why the settlement of distortia is threatening warfare. when she arives from the port of cranberry, her assigned escort is nowhere to be seen. not wanting to just stand there and wait, she treks into the woods where she meets grey, a tiny mushroom person. the tiny mushroom boy explains that his species is called shureelians. irelyn tries towalk off, not waning to participate in such idle conversaion but grey decides to hitch a ride - on irelyns head. deep in the forest she sees a cloaked figure with pink hair. irelyn approches to ask for directions to distortia only to be knocked out by mael mist - a sleeping potion.

Looking out into the ocean, one notices many things.. The waste in all the oceans, affects many things, as the ocean is connected to every thing.. One bag of plastic is all it takes, to snuff the light out of a penguin. A penguin that had a family, an egg about to be born... And the egg, and that other penguin dies, for having no support. Humans, are cruel, they do things without a second thought, or maybe they do, but they are rambunctious people. Some humans are different, they care about the environment. They walk to places, rather far or near. They breath the air, and notice it's changing scent from one of pure air to smoke. They go to the beach side, and pick the garbage up, so that the waves won't take it to an unreachable place. But one can not stand alone with this big world changing task. So what happens after hundreds of years, that humans do not change their ways, leaving plastics in the water, or to be incenerated? Well... We will find out, as we follow Mariel's story. -=-=- Hey, Warriors, I entered the competition, and got done with this yesterday, as it's only 500 words max. Hardest Part was the cover of the thing, which is why I'm only now just posting it.. Tried to do a cover with dead corel, but it was too hard to read the title..so.. Anyway, Don't worry, I'm still working on my other books, I just thought to try something new, which was quite refreshing, but enough with the hidden puns. I hope all the other competitors had as much fun as I did. Recycle, my valiant Warriors! A person doesn't have to do something extraordinary to be a hero, little things have a rippling effect. In my area, nobody really has a recycling bin, so everyone usually just goes to school with all their recyclable things, cause one of my teachers is a fanatic about recycling. Anyway, Chi Out! Close to the brink of death, and even thoughts of suicide, a group of soldiers of the Rebellion go out for a supply trip and find her. They take her as a hostage, understanding where she had come from. In the events further, Lena meets Harry Styles, the leader of the Rebellion, finds her place in the world, and discovers that there is more to the world than just killing fighting. Working alone side together, the ruthless leader ends up falling for the broken soldier and ends up turning something catastrophic into something outrageously, irreversibly, beautiful. **** Theme Song: Solder by Tommee Profitt(Feat.
