The only option the goverment has left is for them to use a program called Asleep.Where each parent must pick one child and send them to Asleep. To make sure the parents makes the right decision. Asleep doesn't accept them till they are 16 years old. No one knows for sure what happens to the children who are sent to Asleep, and Asleep refuses to say for "Security Reasons." Aurora a 15 year old was destined to be chosen for Asleep. When her stepmother "cursed" her to be picked, for her sister was the stepmother's favorite. Chris, also a fifteen year old. Finds out on accident that his parents had already signed him up to be sent to Asleep. Because his sister is better then him at everything.
