Fuutarou Uesugi, in the original timeline, a man with a little sister and his father, teaching the Quintuplets. But in this timeline, Fuutarou has an adoptive brother who had arrived to Japan from the United States, but spoke fluent Japanese. Cy Uesugi, or as he kept his last name, Cy Barrett. A proud American who still cared for his family in Japan, while also having ties to America still. Quintessential Quintuplets and all art belong to their respective owners.

What if Fuutarou never gave his answer... What if he didn't visit any of the girls at the festival... What would have happened... Thats what Fuutarou Uesugi wonders. After high school graduation things take a shift in the Nakano family. Miku was originally going to culinary school has decided instead on going to university with the quintuplets. Ichika surprises everyone by also taking classes at university while acting at the same time. Itsuki continues trying to become a teacher. Nino looks to open a restaurant but is also taking university. Yotsuba is studying on an athletic scholarship. The best part is their journey with Fuutarou has yet to end...
