He was suddenly attacked by some Dopants from the organisation Museum who distribute Gaia Memories illegally. He was saved by a Rider whose name starts with "Skull" but didn't get to keep in contact with him- and disappeared. As a detective and the bassist & leader of the band FTWINDS with his partner Mashiro, Izumi will make sure that the city is safe from the danger of Museum and Dopants no matter what it takes!
