For quite a while already 'fake' heroes have made their way into the ranks of the heroes abusing their status. It is the heroes who realize what they have to do - find the 'fake' heroes, expose them and finally get them arrested. This sounds like a good plan, however it is way more difficult then what they first expected. Even famous heroes fall into that categorie and their supporters won't let anything bad happen to their saviors. One of those is the number 1 hero Endeavor. Whenever he is left alone with his coworker Hawks he shows his real face, the same he did with his family. As Dabi takes note of this he decides on doing something that he's planned for years and that will change things drastically. Enji Todoroki. Number one hero in Japan. But if the public knew what type of person, he was he probably wouldn't be considered a hero in any sense. If the public knew what type of father, he was he would be put in prison. But the public didn't know. No one knew. It was knowledge known only to a few. And this is their story. Told in all its ugly details and hardships. For Enji Todoroki was not a good person and his children are living proof of that. This story is not going to follow My Hero Academia's story line to the exact and it's told by someone who has not read the manga so sorry for that. Of course, none of these characters are mine except for the ones I make up. All the credit for the story goes to Horikoshi. This is just a fanfic I came up with at 2 in the morning because creativity never sleeps, just like me. Updates will probably be slow, but I'll try to update at least once a week. Also, warning, self-hate, suicidal thoughts, abuse, self-harm, addiction (maybe not sure about that last one). This story may have a sad ending, but it also may not. I don't know yet.

In an alternate world in which UA was founded only ten years before what would have been the events of My Hero Academia, Nezu, Toshinori Yagi, Shota Aizawa, and a few other pro heroes decide to start the school and recruit students with powerful quirks to fight All For One and his forces.

This is a remake of my other book 'nightmares'. I will probably think of another name for this book but I don't know what I should name it. if you have any suggestions just tell me. I do not own any of the art in this book. If I do own the art I will say. Trigger warning There is going to be abuse in this book. I will add more trigger warnings if needed in the story. There is no smut in this book. Also in this book Dabi is Touya Todoroki. I don't know when I will put him in this book but he will be in it.

Dabi's path to villainy is told from his perspective. The abandonment, the manipulation, the neglect... He had to watch his father tear apart his family and his mother spiralling down. It soon drove a young boy to die at hand of his own flames.

A young Fuyumi had once met the future hero Hawks when she was alone on her birthday, she meets him again years later however she didn't recognize him as the same person and unfortunately he inconvenienced her just by rescuing her.

Everyday was the same in The Lab. Same faces, same scientists, same routine. Everything was the same. Until it wasn't.

Shoto, Natsuo, and Fuyumi have been losing it lately because of their father Enji, better known as Endeavor. While this is happening, Dabi/Toyua is having reacurring dreams and flashbacks from when he was younger. Dabi couldn't deal with it anymore as he was ruining the L.O.V's missions and plans, so quit the League of Villans and became Toyua again. He looked continuously to find a job and soon he found a school that was hiring staff. Little did he know, he would meet someone he had missed. With Shoto, he always had the Dekusquad to comfort him, sometimes he would go to one of there houses to hang out for a little bit. Rei Todoroki was finally released from the mental hospital. When she went home, she couldn't believe what she saw. She then started to argue with Enji. He just did something that made the children very angry. A/N: ima stop here before i give to much away. This book is inspired by the song 'First Burn' from Hamilton. I do not own any of the Mha/Bnha characters. All characters belong to Kohei Horikoshi.
