18-year old Singaporean, Nate, was rescued from the basement of an unoccupied house in Korea. He had been trapped there for much of his life and doesn't know if his family even remembers him. All Krystal wanted was to get through high school with grades she could be proud of. Being new to her home country had her at a disadvantage in her new school life as she had no idea about most of the culture they have, and she had no knowledge about what to talk about to the other people around her. Jung Soojung, commonly known as Krystal, was an introvert. She kept to herself most of the time, and she only spoke to a few people; people that she really should not consider as friends… more like acquaintances. Krystal struggled to find friends she could be comfortable with, crazy with, share secrets with; basically just a companion who would join her at her weird and crazy adventures anytime, anywhere. What’s worse was that her heart had to be captured by one of her classmates, and she had to deal with all of it alone. All Krystal wanted was a chance to be happy; for her world to change for the better, to find her real best friends, and to have her captor feel the same way for her. Soon, her life began to receive many chances one at a time. She, too, began to change.
