Rumors have been circulating around the small town of Barrington, Illinois. Rumors of finally finding the killer of 20 year old Adam Siska, over 5 years after his actual death. Rookie detective Gabe Saporta and skilled crime scene investigator William Beckett are assigned to this odd case. After Detective Saporta is almost killed right in front of him, William swears to protect the rookie at all costs. Even if that means risking his own life to save the boy he secretly loves. (I haven't written fanfiction in so long that I've honestly forgotten how to write a description- so sorry if this looks a little funny right now-😅)
