Yes, I am aware reboots & origin stories have been done to this cartoon before. But please give this a chance. When this first started being written I was unaware of other fan works which do that act. This is a modern re-visioning of the classic 80's cartoon with mild references towards the movies. Be aware this is a very different take on that however. This story is the first in a trilogy.
