Each branch which grow out of the giant of a tree trunk all carry a dark past, from family arguments which have caused a ripple effect to the love which has creeped ever so delicately into the heart which belongs to Gale. Set before the reaping of the 74th games, this tale explains on the societal awkwardness which hangs in the air of the district.

When some new found information suggests that Cinna might possibly still be alive, Katniss just can't stop herself from travelling anywhere and everywhere to find him.
