The Hound has long been watching. Though the Bird wears an impenetrable face, it is but a facade to hide his perpetually conflicted heart. Though the Bird stands tall and smiles before all, his hands and shoulders secretly tremble with fear and anxiety he never shows to others. But the Hound has long been watching. He can tell what the Bird is thinking, what the Bird is feeling behind the powerful figure he always presents himself to be. And yet a promise to a dear friend is not one to be broken, even if it means he has to betray the Bird whose smile he wishes to protect.
