Historias de Gallows

How long does it take to tell a story? Two hours? Two minutes? Fifty thousand words? One sentence? Just like how the taste and the shape of a dish depend largely on the cook who prepares it, the story lives and breathes only by the author who writes it. In here you will find bite-sized works of fiction: one hundred stories, all told in one hundred words – no more, no less. Be tickled; amused; intrigued; repelled; horrified; or any combination of the above as you gaze through peepholes into the worlds in which these stories and characters come to life.

This is just a book of old ideas and rough drafts I have either yet to continue or have randomly thought of and have no intentions of continuing. I recently just dumped all of my posted stories that are over year old here, so don't expect to find any good quality work.

A small town in a small valley, with a small population. Everyone knows everyone's name, their family, their friends, their way of life, their schedule-everything. But do they really know who these people are after the sun goes down?

A medieval man loses his arm in a single brutal stroke but refuses to die. Using his teeth and belt straps, he lashes a knife to his stump and survives against nature itself. Over time, he becomes something more than human-gaunt, tireless, and feared-a hollow figure who wanders through gallows and battlefields, leaving behind only blood, silence, and the whisper of steel in the dark.

Cobalt Gray knew his brothers kidnapping of the princess would land them in hot water. Little did he know it would land him on the gallows. Being the identical twin to the notorious Captain Gray had its disadvantages and this was definitely one of them. He desperately waited for his brother to come.... to save him. The major difference between the twins was he was a werecat. Hopefully that came with nine lives It would seem time had run out the platform on which he was standing dropped... Was it his end or only the beginning
