She's been running her entire life, or at least the day her powers started kicking in. But running isn't so easy when you've been trained to use your skills to help protect the less fortunate. Marla Anne is torn between the world she knows and loves, crime fighting, and the simple life of a teacher. But isn't that the reason she left the X-men seven years ago? She gave it up for her brother, or so she thought. She wants more, and the mystery behind the "Scarlet Killer" is just the thing to quench her thirst for justice. Author's Notes: The first chapter, or at least the page after this, is kind of like a "behind the scenes" for the true story. And, erm, so is the second chapter...Feel free to skip if you want, I've just been sitting on this story forever so wanted to kind of test drive it, so to speak. Enjoy!

(But random but here's a bit of a little project that I hope I can keep up with with everything elses) The Drifter, known by many names some of which being: Todd, Eli, Germaine, or even known by one queen who knew him as one: Dredgen Hope. While known by many kinda of names he is truly known as one, Ming Xiao Long, brother of Taiyang Xiao Long. Yes him. Ming is the older brother of Tai, thought he hasn't really kept in touch with family due to him being a devoted follower of Salem with the group of rogue huntsman called the Shadows of Yor, rogue huntsman and huntresses who idolized the notorious traitor Dredgen Yor. Ming worked for Salem for so long till around the 4th year of Beacon while Team STRQ was still in school. Him and along with 6 others worked with Salem to help weaken Ozpin's allies, that is until one huntsman managed to scare Ming enough to cut ties with the others, one Gunslinger with a Golden Gun. Once he cut ties he was seen as a traitor and snake who slithered his way out of this life. Ming didn't care one bit, cause he has plans for the future and a Jade coin ready to take his chances. Let's see how it goes.

A story where the Unstable Universe was rewritten, not by the Director, but by the Writer. She didn't like how the story had gone, protagonists all lacking freedom and are held by unknown constraints rendering them unable to go their own path rather than being controlled merely by the Director. And so, she added another character, meant to patch past mistakes and help all protagonist to find their own resolve.

This takes place in X-Men Evolution universe. It's graduation day for Kurt and Kitty and Rogue is playing the proud sister, seeing her sweet little brother getting his diploma, but someone is watching, lurking in the shadows, wanting revenge of the pair for some mysterious reason. After the ceremony there is a big celebration at the mansion and everyone is in a party mood. Gambit had joined the X-Men a few months before and he and Rogue have been working on having a relationship. Even though they still have hurtles to cross because or her powers and his past to deal with their relationship is getting strong. Kurt also has a girlfriend in Tabitha Smith. She has moved back to the mansion after a stint on her own and will be graduating the next year. She and Kurt have been getting close and he even invited her to the prom. Things are going well for the young X-Men, but the ball is about to drop. Rogue finds herself being stalked as well as Kurt. Some mystery person is calling and leaving threatening messages on their phones and even leaving horrible gifts, even a box with a dead rat in it with message consisting of two words: your next. Even their once estranged mother is worried about who it could be that is terrorizing her two children. Logon confronts her about it and he knows that she knows more than she's telling but will not say a word. The mansion is on alert once the stalking reaching a new level. Both rogue and Kurt find dolls with their likeness hanging by a noose in their rooms. Kurt is freaked out as is Rogue, and their significant other want steps to assure whoever is doing this will be caught, and also that Kurt and Rogue will be protected.

At only 13 years old, they have become wanted by the cops for theft, but once they find his old medical records saying that he's insane, they hand off the case to the X-Men for rehabilitation. When Charles gets the file, something isn't right, and the X-Men aren't the only one looking for him.

His impatience is what brought him to his predicament at the moment. Rt took the wrong bus home, and now, he is right on the path of their rival legacies, the Soucez. And just when he thought he is a goner, fate says otherwise. It comes in the form of 16 year old Caleb Gambit. They come from rival bloodlines but fate had a different plan for both.

Dianna became a mutant when she turned 14, her powers were hard to control seeing as she has more than just one special power. She has the ability to control/create fire and move things with her mind.Her parents were murdered by humans seeing as they both worked to help out mutants and their rights and she by this time is newly 17. She wonders off into the world seeing herself as a 'freak' and danger to the humans. But as she wanders around she meets Gambit. Gambit seeing as she is still young and can learn to use her powers for so much more offers to take her to a school where mutants learn to control their powers and learn like any other student. The only problem is Dianna doesn't know whether to accept the offer or deny it and join the brotherhood of evil.
