The Hunger Games of the past years have been no real pleasure in the President's opinion. He expects the Games to entertain him and the other (Capitol) citizens. Because the games shall return to their old glory, he decides to introduce a whole new concept, especially designed for the Capitol people. This year, the "Gamemaker Games" intend to find a true gamemaker and keep him alive as the only survivor of these games!

When both sides try to close the portal, the crystals from Amphibia fell into the portals causing something to go wrong. The crystals fell when Anne and Sprig where climbing to get something for Hop-Pop.
