It hadn't been that long, not that days were counted, hours numbered and minutes ticked slowly off by the hands of time then, but even so, it hadn't been long since the beginning, since the world had been born...since they had been born. There was this longing in her, she didn't know what for. Each day she went searching for it, traveling amongst the trees and through the orchards, traipsing across the meadows. Each day she passed the forbidden tree, each day an inch closer, always wondering what made it so different from the rest? Was it different from the rest of the trees, like they were different from the animals? Some how more special... unique. It made her curious. Was it wrong to be?...after all when had curiosity ever hurt any one?

The tree of the knowledge of good and evil appears briefly in the Bible. It's mostly considered to be a precursor of the curse, for it seems that it only brought curse upon mankind. But here's another perspective of the forbidden tree! It bears a startling resemblance to the Cross of Calvary. It also seems to play an intricate part in God's plan of redemption. The theme of Genesis is creation, sin, and re-creation. God made the world very good, but first cursed it and destroyed it in the flood because of man's disobedience. The new world after the flood was also spoiled by human sin (chapter 11). God chose Abraham for a special purpose. Through his family, all nations would be blessed (chapter 12:1-3). God's purpose will eventually be fulfilled through Abraham's descendants (chapter 49).

Once an angel falls, they are stripped of emotions. They become heartless monsters of hell. They become unlovable by nature. It comes with the package of being a demon. At least, that's what's to be believed. When a demon meets an angel at the garden of Eden, the demon feels something he hasn't felt since he fell. He knew he couldn't say anything though. It would ruin their friendship and start a war. But after 6,000 years of idly standing by, waiting as long as he can, he finally decides it's time to tell the angel.
