Arsenal also known as Roy Harper left Starling City and the young justice and moved to Blüdhaven. Arsenal starts fighting the crime in Blüdhaven. One night he runs into redhood. They fight but then Roy gets his hood down and goes into shock. What happens when Arsenal finds out that Blüdhaven is to much to handle alone? What is this new titans group? How leads the titans in Blüdhaven? Does Jason join the new titans? Does the young justice except the new titans? Will I ever stop asking questions? Find out most of the answers in this book. Disclaimer: i do not own DC i wish. The worstest parts will be language, kissing, and my grammar. There will be smoking and some drinking.
