This story of the Caped Baldy takes place after the events of The Dark Matter Band and their leader, Boros, who obliterated a city and spread havoc among humanity. Lui, c'est Matthew Carter, un Garou de type loup incarcéré à Tartaros pour l'extermination de sa meute. C'est au détour d'un couloir, en se croisant, que la tension monte.
