The bustling city of O'Khasis is an interesting place to live in. Many wish they could live there but alas many can't. However, you do have The Zvahl's and The Ro'Maeve's living there along with the rest of their friends. O'Khasis is just your normal city! Well, it was until this year . . . Strange people started to appear. It started off just as a group of small robberies, soon turning into kidnappings. People then started to notice how these people seemed to have powers of some sort. They gained the title of Super Villains quickly. But with Super Villains must come Super Heroes . . . such as Tsukuyomi and Helarctos. Who are Tsukuyomi and Helarctos? Well they're obviously Zane Ro'Maeve and Laurance Zvahl. Not exactly the best duo out of their super hero forms . . . But what happens when their friends start to fall for the two young heros?
