Sandy had started a new life, in a new city, with a new job and hopefully a new man. But not everyone was happy for her!!!!

I always knew I wanted to write their wedding. It was a scene that lived in the back of my mind for years, a quiet, golden-hour moment waiting for its time to shine. When I was drafting The Space Between the Space, I thought about weaving it in as a flashback-a precious memory to be unearthed at a pivotal point. But in the end, it never felt right to relegate something so monumental to a mere echo. Their union deserved more than a glance backward; it demanded its own space, its own breath. So, I let the idea lie fallow, thinking it was a path not taken. But some stories are stubborn. Gary and Anna's wedding refused to stay buried. It began as a simple exercise, a "what if?" I'd write as a spin-off, a gift for myself and the few who understood this ship the way I did. Just a little scene, I thought. A thousand words, maybe two. I should have known better.

Behind the spotlight and the harmonies, secrets linger in the shadows. Gary thought he had found love in Robbie, but fame, fear, and betrayal threaten to tear everything apart. As hearts break and friendships are tested, Gary finds unexpected comfort in the one personwho's always been quietly by his side. A story of love, loss, healing-and the kind of intimacy that doesn't need to be loud to be real.

This little story is about a promise that Gary and Robbie make to each other after their big conversation, which isn't really intended for the public. A promise that had to be fulfilled at some point and thus will have far-reaching consequences. Actually, this fan fiction was planned as a OneShot, but then I thought that I would make at least a two-piece out of it. Inspired by the following songs by Robbie: The Promise, Into The Silence, Reality Killed The Video Star & Different. Likewise, through an interview in which Robbie couldn't and wasn't allowed to say anything about the true story of Different.

What really happened in the week leading up to the shock announcement on 24th September 2014? (Note: This is of course only a story. I have no idea what really did or didn't happen!)

Not all information written in this fanfic is 100% correct, but hey that's why it's fiction, it's not real. Some information about Gary especially won't be correct but it's just what I have to change it to to fit in with the story. This Take That - Barlliams OneShot is a small sequel to my story "You'll Always Be A Part Of Me". Of course, I don't want to tell big now, what it is, but somehow I couldn't let the main story stand so easily and had to give a more than perfect and crowning conclusion. I hope you enjoy it. ;-)
