Without warning, ash, smoke, and poisonous gasses cover the entire country and fill the entire atmosphere, throwing Darlena's normal life into a paralyzing turmoil. Left only with the food in her pantry and daydreams, Darlena is forced to make many difficult decisions to adapt to a world covered in ash and air that could kill her with just one breath.
